Before August 31: Organizations that request booths before August 31 and pay the full booth fee when they make their booth requests will receive a 5 percent discount on the lowest booth price listed below.
Before October 31: Organizations that opt to pay a 50 percent deposit upon requesting a booth will be sent an invoice immediately after the deposit payment is received. All booth fees must be paid on or before October 31 to get the lowest booth price listed below. If you request a booth prior to October 31 but full payment is not received by that date, you must pay the higher price for your booth and you risk losing your booth assignment.
After October 31: Organizations requesting booths after October 31 must pay the higher booth price.

Extended Premium Corner and Extended Inline Corner are 10-feet x 20-feet booth spaces combining a corner with an inline.
Two corners facing the center aisle cannot be combined to create an end cap.

The booth fee includes:
- one standard sign
- 8 ' tall backdrop drapes
- 3' tall divider drapes
- carpeted aisles
- one 6' x 30" skirted table for each 10' x 10' booth space
- two chairs for each 10' by 10' booth space
- Bus spaces include a 3' section of drape on which to hang an identification sign.
Extra tables and chairs must be requested by completing the appropriate forms included in the Exhibitor Service Kit, which is emailed to exhibitors by Freeman Decorating Co.
Eight complimentary registration badges, which provide entrance to all conference-related activities, will be provided for each booth space. Additional badges cost $75 for organizations that are Corporate Partners and $150 for organizations that are not.
An exhibitor list for the upcoming Midwinter Conference is posted on this website approximately six months before the event, offering an excellent opportunity for companies to establish visibility among TASA members.
A preliminary list of preregistered attendees will be provided to exhibiting organizations in late December. A complete list of all registrants will be available to exhibitors in February.

The Midwinter Conference consists of general, thought leader, and concurrent Sessions available for your participation. Exhibitor registration badges will allow entrance to all conference-related activities.
