An Event for ATL Alumni

  • If you have ever attended a TASA Academy for Transformational Leadership, you and your current leadership team are invited to a special event designed exclusively for former ATL participants — ATL: Embracing Transformational Leadership.

The focus of the event, facilitated by the Schlechty Center with support from TASA, is on sustaining direction, with emphasis on learning from colleagues. It provides an opportunity to share the important work that is going on in your district and the lessons you have learned about transformational leadership.

New content recently added to the ATL curriculum is shared, including new or revised frameworks to assess engagement and capacity as well as the Schlechty Center's Strategic Change Agenda, a guided strategic thinking process for passionate, active leaders striving to make positive and lasting change.

    Your Experience Is Key

At this event, we are especially interested in learning about what you are doing to build capacity to sustain the New Vision for Public Education in Texas, and we need your valuable insight on ways you are working to further advance your vision so that we can support you as you move forward.

Our goal for the event is for you to be inspired by the ideas and experiences that your fellow alumni will share and have the opportunity to benefit from their work and the new content. Your experience and expertise, along with that of your fellow ATL alumni, will make for a worthwhile and energizing event.
