Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Master's Degree in Educational Administration
Valid Texas Superintendent Certificate or Other Appropriate Certification
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Thorough knowledge of school law, school finance, and curriculum and instruction.
Ability to manage budget and personnel.
Ability to interpret policy, procedures, and data.
Exceptional organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
Leadership experience in school administration.
Salary Range:
$86,800 - $105,000
