Should we assume that all students should be preparing for a four-year degree when today 30% of high school students do not graduate with a traditional degree, only 75% actually enroll in college, and only 25% graduate with a four-year degree? Should this policy be reexamined? This is an expansion of Dr. Schwartz's presentation. |
