Exhibit space at the 2017 Midwinter Conference is sold out! Companies interested in requesting booth space for the 2018 Midwinter Conference should contact Jennifer Garrido, Director, Event and Corporate Partner Services, beginning in March 2017.


TASA Midwinter Conference exhibits will be showcased in Exhibit Halls 2, 3, and 4, Austin Convention Center, 500 East Cesar Chavez St., Austin, TX 78701.

Selling Policy
Except with the prior written approval of TASA, exhibitors shall not sell products at the event. Your completion of the online application-contract signifies that you have read the rules and regulations and agree to abide by them.

Exhibitors are responsible for any and all permits required by law or local ordinance. An exhibitor without a Texas location needs a use-tax permit. For more information, call the Texas Comptroller's Office, 800-252-5555.

Parking Facilities
Austin Convention Center parking garages are located on Second Street between Brazos and San Jacinto streets and behind the Hilton Austin Hotel (entrance on Fifth Street.

Exhibit Hours

There will be 13 hours of exhibit time at the 2017 TASA Midwinter Conference. Conference sessions continue through noon on Wednesday, February 1.

Exhibitor Service Kit

An exhibitor service kit will be provided to exhibitors from Freeman Decorating. The kit will contain complete information on show rules and regulations; installation and dismantling of exhibits; and exhibit services such as carpentry, drayage, signs, carpet and furniture rental, utility services, cleaning, and parking. Forms for all of these services will be included in the kit.
